our mission.

Mission statement: To combat poverty and exclusion in all their forms, through transformative initiatives and projects.

program #1

Minukids and Minucaridad

Directed towards children, volunteers have also extended their outreach to other countries in South America, where donors from the USA sponsor children to help pay for books and other educational tools. These sponsorships have inspired children from these developed countries to work with her local parishes to distribute food to people living in poverty and other charitable work.

program #2

Mathew 25

Address the specific needs of people living in poverty (food, support for paying rent, and clothing for children) through the “Matthew 24” program, working closely with other branches of the Vincentian Family (the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Daughters of Charity and the Association of the Miraculous Medal).

program #3

Systemic Change

Directed towards students in need of support. The focus is on helping teenagers or adults studying for high school equivalency tests or GED (the General Educational Development tests) and helping them develop new skills to succeed in the United States. For instance, volunteers have raised funds to provide students with computers, books and supplies so that they can connect with tutors and complete assignments. Support with testing fees and other educational materials their families in need are not able to afford.
